Great food , excellent service , great invironment!!!!
I used to go to Gringo's all the time, at least two - three times a week. I loved the atmosphere, the very pleasant wait staff and the the food was really terrific!
One Monday night (usually a $2.00 Margarita night), I was charged $15.00 for an upgraded Margarita which I thought A BIT MUCH!
Anyway, the "manager" that night was a woman I had NEVER seen and she was SNOTTY and after huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes at me (that really ticked me off!), offered me a whole $3.00 credit on my bill.
I said to her, "Are you going to blow off a good customer for a disagreement over a $15.00 Margarita?" Yep, apparently so 'cause she said, "That's the best I can do for you" and turned on her heel and went to the kitchen.
AND I'VE NEVER BEEN BACK IN A YEAR.
I found the atmosphere to be really nice and the wait people to be very personable. The food is very good. I always have an enjoyeable meal.
Gringos has a family atmosphere, great food and drinks, friendly service, and a free ice cream cone after dinner. :) We enjoy Gringos because it is in a good location, easily accessible from Cypresswood and Stuebner-Airline roads. There is a bar where you can watch sports, either from the bar or tables and booths set up around the bar area. There is also an outside dining area as well as a room for private parties. I enjoy eating at Gringos - I hope you will give it a try!
