Rental wanted

I am interested in renting a historic garage apartment in Houston Heights with all bills paid. I prefer laundry in the unit, covered parking, and alley access. Am willing to pay more for amenities such as hardwoods and full size kitchen appliances. My move-in goal is late August to early September.
