LOOKING FOR 3/2 - GOOD FAMILY NEEDS HELP!

Hello,

My family - which consists of myself, husband (both in 40's and settled) with 2 kids under 8 needs to find a good home in KATY school district.

We only have $199 to move in. No other deposit at current.

We earn $3500 a month and can pay a home or apt. that is $1150 or less a month.
We can pay $199 for 1st month, and up to $1150 a month after that.

WE WILL RENT FOR 2 YEARS. We want to buy a home but need a couuple of years to clear up our credit records and save for a downpayment first.

I have a broken lease from a year ago when I went through bad financial troubles, and another broken lease which is 5 years old. I cannot afford to pay these off for now, but hopefully I willl be able to in the future.

We are good tenants and need a break to restart our lives!
