Need daycare space to start new center. Looking in north Houston/Spring/Humble. Looking for 3,000 to 5,000 sqft. with out- door area for play. Looking for free rent special ( 2-3 mos) to get started/set-up and enroll children. Would like to rent or lease- to -purchase option. Looking to use "business credit only" (building now) or a no-personal credit check option.
