NID-HCA a non-profit HUD approved organization is holding foreclosure and
mitigation clinics to help distressed homeowners who are having difficulty refinancing or making monthly payments on their home. Counseling is FREE.
We work with your lender to find a solution to help you keep your home.
If you experienced a loss of job/income, bankruptcy, hardship due to circumstances beyond your control, foreclosure, loss in property value/can't refinance, increase mortgage payments and/or have in Adjustable Rate Mortgage, let our counselors find a solution and work with your lender. Again,
