need experience/looking for first job just finished school

I am a 29 yr old female looking for a job in the medical field i am looking To obtain a challenging position with a progressive health care facility that will allow me to utilize my skills and experiences. My skills are Appointment Scheduling, MediSoft, Microsoft, Excel, Power Point, Medical Transcription, Keyboarding, Medical Filling. ICD-9, CPT; HCPCS, Insurance Billing and Coding, CMS-1500 and UB92; Pegboard, and Payroll. i finished Texas School of Business and is looking for work. i did my Intern at Dr. Innad Husaini, MD rehab clinic he was a Neuro-Ophthalmology and Refractive Surgery his business was not doing good that is why he could not hire me.
