Child Care In Home

I have two children, One will be needing child care while I am out with the other at doctor's appointments. My daughter is 7 years old and has Di George Syndrom. She doesnot speek and has not been able to be potty trained or simply refuses to. So someone with CPR and has a tender hand with children with disablities.
