In need of a house/townhome to rent

I will be relocating to the Houston area from Dallas. I will be teaching in Humble at the begining of August. I need a house or townhome to rent (12 month lease) for myself and animals. I have 2 dogs (A Boston & a Blue Heeler Mix) who are crate trained. I also have 2 cats who are declawed and are shaved.
I need something within 15-20 minutes of Humble.
I have good credit and in the process of selling my home.
