Burglar Alarm Company Office Administation Assistant

We are interviewing for an experienced front office administrative person for full time employment. Office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative duties including, but not limited to: Answering telephone calls, scheduling installation, sales, and service appointments.
Clerical duties including data entry, accounts receivable, billing, filing, and light bookkeeping.
Telephone support to clients on system issues including basic troubleshooting, temporary repairs, and disabling components until service can be performed.
Perform other office organizational/operational related tasks as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma, college degree or trade school preferred, with technical or industry knowledge and (3) three to (5) five years experience working in the security industry.
Must hold a valid drivers license, and must pass FBI background check.
General knowledge of burglar alarm, fire detection, CCTV, and access control systems.
