Responsibilities:


· Answer phones (low call volume).

· Manage billing and receivables.

· Manage daily office operations.

· Greet and assist visitors.

· Provide administrative support for management team.

· Maintain CEO's calendar.



Requirements:


· Solid computing skills (Microsoft Office).

· Organization skills.

· Pleasant, professional attitude.

· Phone skills.

· High degree of motivation.

· Previous administrative assistant/front desk experience.




Compensation: $35,898.00 - $72,989.00 plus benefits
