Need a Nanny for Newborn/Infant

Looking for someone to care for our newborn son Mon-Fri from 7:30am-5:30pm. We are offering up to 100+/wk to start out depending on exp and agreed upon duties.

MUST:
-Be non-smoker;
-Provide at least (2) childcare references or (1) long term employment of 2+ yrs;
-Have safe and reliable transportation;
-Have valid insurance;
-Have valid drivers license
