The Web Content Writer researches and writes human resource content and collaborates with teammates and other business units to identify and implement continuous creative improvements to the site regarding online content. The Web Content Writer will perform a key role in the website content strategy including writing, editing, analyzing, updating and maintaining content.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Formal training and/or experience in technical content and web writing; applying Internet technology concepts; Internet services administration preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a job related field preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years job related work experience
• Microsoft applications, Dreamweaver and HTML
• Exceptional communications and word processing skills
• Strong persuasive writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Skilled in conceptualizing creative ideas, documenting and presenting/selling them
