THIS IS A 9-MONTH CONTRACT POSITION!!!
Work with IT and Business partners to define and deliver requiments documentation, software requirements specifications, and conduct product launch and user acceptance testing.
Business requirements analysis solution design, development and technical writing of detailed business requirements and complex business processes within Customer Services functions. Understanding of Help Desk CRM, case management and field services software packages on the market. A key skill is scope management and change control as the candidate will be required to evaluate changes in the solution and their effects on process cost and timeline. Problem solving, facilitation of meetings, gap analysis, and both verbal and written communication skills will be relied upon. Basic financial measurement skills, data analysis and modeling experience, and process improvement experiences would be considered valuable pluses for this role.
Essential Functions: - Develop functional business requirements, complex business processes and supporting documentation - Gather and developing business requirements, validate business cases, and create Specifications. - Develop test plans - Managing the testing plan within user acceptance testing phase. - Identify support processes necessary to maintain the solution, and act as the primary point of contact for sustaining efforts. - Identify metrics to assist in evaluating the health of the support function
