We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with good organizational skills. The position requires knowledge of MS Office software products with particular emphasis on Excel and Word. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, creating & editing documents in Word, working with spreadsheets in Excel, filing, scanning, copying, faxing, switchboard relief, orders and maintains office supplies , phone ,and other administrative tasks. This individual will work as the assistant to the Office Manager and also help with A/P, A/R.
