Peoplesoft Programmer

PeopleTools 8.44 or higher, PeopleCode 8.44 or higher, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, Crystal Reports. Minimum of 5 years experience working with PeopleSoft HRMS and minimum of 2 full-cycle upgrades. Must have extensive experience in developing reports and processes. Must be extremely strong in SQR. Must have working knowledge of the functional side of the application and must be able to gather requirements and work with users. Excellent communication skills are required. Must be able to perform appropriate Unit Testing and work in a dynamically changing atmosphere; fast paced and challenging. Additional requirements: must be a self-starter; have excellent communication skills and work well with customers. Attention to details is crucial. 25% international travel is required and the candidate must realize the stresses faced with international travel: starting a project from conception; time zone challenges; working with users that are not skilled in using ERP applications; working with users who may have difficulty with the English language and able to cope with highly dynamic environments
