I'm currently seeking paralegal assignments. I graduated from the Univ. of Houston with a BS Chem in '91. I got my Paralegal Certificate from Southwestern Paralegal Institute here in Houston in '93.
Currently I'm a Sales/Leasing Sr. Broker with a full-service commercial real estate brokerage. I have about 8 years of combined real estate experience in land acquisition and disposition, retail leasing, survey and title work, and liens and deeds. I also have some experience with SEC filings as a previous Financial Advisor with Prudential Preferred Financial Services. My current direct experience with property law provides me the exposure and resources to do paralegal work efficiently and effectively.
