PT: All-in-one Project Coordinator/Bookkeeper/Personal Assistant

Part-time subcontractor, approximately 10 hours/week, working as assistant to owner of growing marketing/design firm in Katy, T.X. Will be handling all office coordination functions, all bookkeeping (QuickBooks) duties, development of new operational systems, research via internet and/or phone, reorganizing and maintaining filing system and database, and day to day duties, plus personal assistance to owner.
Must be able to: Prepare client/vendor estimates and invoices; maintaining and monitoring project financials through. Candidate will serve as a liaison between the vendors and project management to ensure outstanding receivables and payables are identified and any problems are resolved within required timeframes. Prepare monthly financial reports, analyze data and work with Executive Director/accounting to correct discrepancies.
Applicants must be intelligent, reliable, resourceful self-starters, flexible, well-organized and detail-oriented, personable, professional and have a great sense of humor. Past work experience in agency/marketing setting a plus. MUST HAVE full-range experience with recent versions of QuickBooks, strong MS Office skills and database management. Will not respond to candidates who do not have experience in previously mentioned software applications.
Flexible hours but within normal business day work hours.
