This position requires enlistment into the United States Army which includes 9 weeks of Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training for the Military Occupational Specialty of your choice.

Accurate information is crucial for planning and managing Army operations. Administrative Specialists make sure that information is recorded, stored and delivered in order to keep operations running as smoothly as possible.

Administrative Specialist duties include:
Typing letters, reports, requisition forms and official orders
Organizing and maintaining files and publications
Ordering office supplies
Greeting and assisting office visitors
Scheduling training and leave for unit personnel
Answering phones and providing general information

QUALIFICATIONS:
The U.S. Army is seeking individuals for full time and part time positions who are:
- U.S. Citizen or Resident
- High School graduates or equivalent
- Between the ages of 17-42 years of age
- Must take and pass the ASVAB test
