babysitter needed

Single mom needs reliable babysitter. I work at the hospital, so I need someone for 12 hour shifts. Days vary, and some weekends are required. My son is 1 year old and the joy of my life! I need someone that can be flexible and would prefer her to have her own transportation, but I am willing to work with your situation. My only requirement is I want Liam to be watched at home. Due to past experiences, this is mandatory. If you have children, thats ok, Liam loves to have friends over. :) I pay 120 a week, and hope to be able to pay more soon. I am looking for a long term sitter please.
