Apheresis Tech - Phlebotomist

Requires:
· 6 months+ experience with phlebotomy
· Previous experience with blood center, clinic setting or specimen laboratory preferred
· Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy or EMT certificate preferred
· 2+ years within a customer service setting
· High school diploma or GED
· Computer skills


Work for one of Houston’s most renowned healthcare organizations in the Clear Lake/Webster area. Several customer oriented positions available for individuals with medical/healthcare and/or phlebotomy experience. This position will assist donors during donation process of whole blood, plasma and apheresis. May be required to travel to other facilities to assist when necessary. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings. Company strongly prefers a minimum of one year of experience working in a position involving frequent interaction with the public and the use of customer service skills.

Schedule: Mondays 8am-6pm; Tuesdays 12noon-8pm; Wednesdays 10am-6pm; Thursdays 12noon-8pm; Fridays 8am-4pm; Sundays 8am-4pm

The position requires successful completion of testing in order to be interviewed.
