I am looking for a Nanny that has the following requirements:

1. Speaks fluent English
2. Is at least 21 years of age
3. Has a car with at least the minimal liability coverage
4. Has at least 3 Professional References
5. Has a high school diploma or equivalent
6. Has eligibility to work in the U.S.A.
7. Has a clean criminal background (no misdemeanors or felonies)
8. Has experience with newborns
