Senior .NET/C# Developer

I am looking for a .NET/C# Developer who is self motivated, able to complete tasks to spec and on time with minor supervision
With 8+ years: programming experience, some of which should have been spent in a small or start-up situation.
Developer must have 3 yrs of current C# development and general .NET framework experience with a Web Dev. Environment- (Not Windows Desktop).
And 3+ years: SQL Server experience and should be familiar with stored procedures and triggers.
Other required skills:
" Coding with Microsoft Application Blocks (Data and Encryption in particular.
" Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience developing Web Services on the .NET platform is a must!
" Experience with Search Engines- (building/integrating not optimization).
" Experience with PDF format (creating/manipulating from code. Experience with TIFF and other graphical formats (creating/manipulating from code).Network management/configuration.
" Java (Applets especially) or other programming languages.
