Job Responsibilities:
Enter, correct, verify and transmit payroll information in the ADP system. Sort and distribute payroll checks to supervisors and process manual checks when required. Train mgmt and employees on payroll process. Present payroll procedures in New Hire Orientation. Maintain records with accrual information related to vacation, basic and supplemental time. Maintain records related to employee evaluations (reviews). Enter employee data information in the system and maintain employee files. Answer calls/correspondence related to employment verifications. Complete monthly reporting, through Reportsmith. Collect monthly calendars from exempt employees and record time on accrual sheets. Maintain records related to W-2 reportables, employee accounts receivable and all payroll related files. Report monthly wage and labor statistics, including annual EE01 report. Ensure that all court orders for garnishments are communicated to employees and information is relayed to ADP. Coordinate relaxation therapy sessions. (chiropractor) Coordinate employee events when needed. Assist in other areas.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience with ADP
300+ employees
Reportsmith-proficient
E-time or EZLabor
CPP certification plus
Excel-advanced skills
Word-intermediate
