We are seeking to direct hire an Area Manager to head up a section of Houston with numerous personnel reporting to them (Project Managers, Construction teams and Sales teams) with numerous communities to oversee.
MUST HAVE HOMEBUILDING (AREA MANAGER) EXPERIENCE OR ABOVE
Base depending on experience could go up to 100K base with a huge opportunity to make bonuses each quarter. Looking for the best out there!!
Must have proven record completing projects within budget, on time and above standards.
