I need to sell my closed down business on 6608 Cullen Blvd. Houston, Texas 77021. HCAD value $49K (36k for building, 13kfor land) Building is solid cold war era constrn. but needs remodel. Value rose $6k since 2001. Willing to sell for $40k neg. Also have land across the street from it worth $20k willing to sell for $15k.
