I currently have an office space available at 940 Gemini Street Houston, Texas 77058, which is situated close to the intersection of Gemini and El Camino Real. The office space has been recently painted and we will be putting in new carpet and tile. We would like to get a tenant before doing the flooring, so that the new tenant can decide what colors they would like and how they would like it arranged. We would like to offer our new tenant the first months rent-free and the next 3 months to be half off to help with getting situated.
