Married couple seeks a first home. Lease option fixer-upper preferred. As long as it's liveable, we'll take it. Can offer ALL maintenance work so you don't have to play landlord. We'll get creative so you feel secure. Wife can offer property management if you have other renters (studying for a career in Real Estate Law). Please, everything must be included in the rent.
